As part of our expansion, we are looking for Real Estate Consultants to join our team in Lisbon.

Job Description: The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for the acquisition, promotion, and sale of properties, as well as personalized client support throughout the entire process of buying, selling, or renting, including international clients and investors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Acquisition and promotion of properties
• Personalized support for buyer and seller clients
• Assisting and supporting international clients
• Organizing and conducting property visits
• Presentation and negotiation of proposals
• Monitoring the process until contract or deed
• Autonomous management of activities with company support

Desired Profile: Commercial profile with strong communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and results-oriented, mandatory knowledge of English or Portuguese, additional languages are a plus, sales experience is valued (not mandatory), ability to work independently, organized, and responsibly, motivated to grow with the company.

Job Description: We are looking for a Credit Manager to support clients throughout the financing process, from the initial analysis to final approval, ensuring solutions suited to their needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analysis of clients' financial profiles
• Presentation of credit solutions (Housing, Personal, Auto, Consolidated)
• Mediation of processes with banks and financial institutions
• Collection and validation of documentation
• Client follow-up until process completion

Desired Profile: Commercial and client-oriented profile, good communication and organizational skills, experience in financial or commercial areas is valued, registration with the Bank of Portugal as a Credit Intermediary or willingness to obtain it, ability to work independently and results-focused.
